Service Description

This course is designed to be the bridge between beginner and advanced free diving; teaching more advanced techniques which will carry you to greater depths & hone in on proper positioning. The Advanced Freediver course requires the prerequisite of the "Freediver " course. In this course you will be learning and using skills such as Frenzel equalization, free-fall, the buddy system, and much more! This Course Includes: - E-learning materials - Final exam - Academic sessions - Stretching sessions - Breathing sessions - (Two) Pool/confined water sessions - (Four) Open Water Sessions *If student requires more sessions than listed above to complete course level requirements, there may be additional fees*
