In a safe & structured environment, this course will enhance your confidence underwater. Through this course we will introduce freediving physiology and safety, teach proper breathing techniques and relaxation, develop equalization skills to support progression, and build your confidence while in breath hold. Our goal is to help others achieve their greatest potential underwater, no matter your skill level. This Course Includes: - E-learning materials - Academic Sessions - Breathing Sessions - Proper Warm-up Sessions - (Two) Pool/Confined Water Sessions - (Two) Open Water Sessions *Reminder, if additional sessions are needed to complete requirements of this certification, there may be an additional cost.*
